Hey Pam,
You are a well experienced ER nurse, who is now in a different venue.  Breath, relax, and pace yourself as well as you are able.

I am confident that you will do well.

Hugs,
Trish

Congrats! You're gonna do just fine..No, no scratch that...You're gonna do GREAT!! Who cares if you get lost while transporting a patient? It's just that much more time your patients will have to enjoy your company..lol.   You're gonna be one of the best nurses that place has ever seen! We have faith in you!!

I just wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate your encouragement - thank you very much.  And tonight has been wonderful - and I feel fairly comfortable.  I just wish I could have mentally prepared myself beforehand, I like to prepare and think ahead like that.  Oh well.

Pam,

Everyone at this board knows you can do it!  You have to believe in yourself as much as we all do.  You are a nurse through and through.  You are one of the most caring and compassionate people I know.

Now go and Rock that hospital!

You'll be running the ER before long.  As diligent and dedicated as you are to successing with WLS AND supporting everyone here on the PA board you must be an OUTSTANDING nurse.  Rock it hard knowing you make a difference.

You hang in there, gf - I've had a lot nurses in my day taking care of me, and from everything I've seen, heard and read about you I know you're the one I would want in a heartbeat - you'll find your comfort zone soon, and maybe being off orientation is just the way to get there. Takes that little 'security blanket' away - you're going to do great and pretty soon they're going to wonder how they ever got along without you.

You're kidding, right?  You are one of the most secure people I know.  I'm sure you did just fine, as usual.  Luv ya!
