Whatcha Eating Today?
I am 16 weeks out today! Gooooo me.
B: My fave (1/6 cup cooked wheatena, 3 oz. greek yogurt, 1 scoop Chike protein powder, 5 walnuts and 5 almonds and 1 tsp of flax oil - all mixed together)
L: 2oz chicken and tomatilla sauce with cheese
S: 1/2 c ricotta, 1 scoop Chike, 5 walnuts, 5 almonds, one tsp of flax seed oil
D: Veggie burger with cheese
S: 2 fudgesicles
my eating has been all over the place. I have been kind of giving myself a pass while I have been recovering but I need to reign it in.
B- WC Oatmeal
S- Protein Shake
L- Left over pork
S- either a TLC bar or some cheese and crackers
D- Meatloaf with veggies
And of course a chai latte in there somewhere

I have been like a crack ***** on a binge this week...except my crack was sugar...which makes me sick everytime, but I kept going back for more. Anyone that wants too can feel free to smack me around!! Got on the scale today and it was up 5 pounds. I also drank 108 oz of water between 6 and 10 last night (in addition to the 60 oz I had during the day)...so some of that may be water that I havent peed out yet, but still...the 5 pounds were an eye opener.
So....today is all about protein and liquids.
