Well, things have been crazy... which is the reason for the lack of posting from me... I went from a sinus infection at thanksgiving to a cold on top of it to now a UTI... ugh... and poor Lore got an ear infection 12 days ago... and is now sicker... the ear infection got worse while on antibotics... so she is on a stronger med (and pray that it works because her little ear drugs were close to bursting)... so since we get her meds filled at target (the only place to go for liquid meds for kids) I saw by the pharm that there was all kinds of cool things... and guess what I found... diabetisweet brown sugar and diabetisweet sugar... 6.99... forget the box size... but I got a box of both... and can't wait to try them out... so the target in Wyomissing (Reading area) carries it...
Here's hoping she feels better soon! Thanks for the heads up on the Diabeti Sweet! I'm actually picking some up from Liz today because I couldn't find any and need it for recipies that I am bringing this weekend! When I am in Target I will have to keep my eye out!!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Pam - we don't really have a close Target - YET! They are putting one in by the Wal-Mart and the Wegman's. The only others ones are Allentown and Phillipsburg.
Shannon - hope that you are Lore are feeling better soon! Oh and you are going to LOVE them! They act EXACTLY like sugar, melting, carmelizing, stabilizing, lifting everything! I even made candy with it!

I was actually on Target's website a few weeks ago and realized we didn't have one to close. Although there is one right over the border into jersey from what I understand....
I'll have to find out exactly where the Allentown one is....seeing as though I work in that area...I'm wondering if it would be easy for me to go there before or after work one day....

Pam - It is right on Cedar Crest Blvd - 1600, I think that would be a left out of the hospital and up that way. I haven't been to that one. The one in Phillipsburg you would just get on 22 East and it will be on your left - maybe a 15 minute drive.
I pay $4.99 and if I get 6 boxes it was $5 shipping. So that price is pretty good considering there isn't a shipping charge or anything like that.
