Front Desk Candy

Hi Pa Posters,
I know we have talked about this before, but I am about to lose it if one more bag of
candy shows up at the front desk. I have been okay all week, but it is getting worse by
the day. They now have five - yes FIVE- bags of different candies at the front desk.
I may start dumping just from the sugar in the air.
And we still have how many days before Christmas.
I feel so much better after that rant. Thanks for letting me get it out of my system.
I am staying in my office - the "no candy" zone.

Tammy - You can do it! I keep a small bag of sugar free candies in my desk drawer for emergency purposes! Unfortunately I have to do the "death walk" past the goodies everytime I have to use the ladies room!

YOU CAN DO IT!! RESIST THE POISON!!!

I always have candy on my counter, but its in a closed jar and right now its in a snowman cookie jar so I can't even see it. However, this week the goodies have begun rolling in - so far no fruit or nuts - ALL CHOCOLATE. Chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate bark, chocolate covered nuts - thank god I dump or I'm not sure my willpower would be holding out!!

You're doing the right thing - staying away - its not easy but its just the beginning of the goodies pouring in, so come here to vent or ask for support - I'm sure we'll all be doing it sooner or later now thru the holidays!

And I think today that stinking chocolate dipped biscotti came in to my boss and another person - it hasn't been put out yet but it will be and that is one of my big weaknesses...again, thank god (and Dr Boe) for dumping - LOL!!
