Today is just outta control!!

WEll Rhonda - nice to meet you! Thanks for coming out of the wood work to read about my crappy day! lol I must say that I am in a better mood now that it is almost over! I'll be out of work in about 1/2 hour as long as everything goes well!

Sounds like its your turn in the sh*t-bin, Liz - that really sux about your FIL - that's a lot of money to have to worry about. And with everything else going on it really is just piling in on you.

Definitely retail therapy - I went to Costco this morning and dropped a small bundle, not to mention what I spent on line shopping before I left, but damn it felt good and I do feel a little better. My checkbook groaned a while ago - guess it was liking my paycheck being deposited this morning only to go flying out the door at Costco!!

Hang in there - Sunday will be a fun day for you - relax and try to enjoy.

Hi Liz,

Thanks for replying. I am in Marshalls Creek in the Poconos. Not too far from you. I attend a local (S'Burg) support group which some of your cooking class friends have been to (although we haven't necessarily been there at the same time.) I also attend the support groups when I can at Lehigh Valley Hospital.

I hope now that it's Friday evening the dreaded week is behind you for good!

Don't money and people problems just stink? I'm struggling to get myself under financial control, damage control is more like it. I'm sorry that you are having such a tough time. Could a lawyer be of help to you re: the nursing home bill? Vent away, you are such a help and encouragement to all of us. I wish I had fairy dust that I could sprinkle on all of us, to take our problems all away! Hang in there.

Liz, I'm sorry I am a couple days late reading your post since I don't know how you are feeling now, but I hope you are doing a bit better than you were the other day and just wanted to let you know I am sorry you were having such a rough, yucky day.  Wish I could give you a real hug in person, and I am definitely sending you lots of hugs from Boston.
