I'm 2+ years out.
B: dried pears (1/2 cup), weight control oatmeal made with skim milk
S: Cheese and TLC crackers
L: roasted veggies, tuna, rye toast, light mayo
S: 100 calorie pack of grasshopper cookies (very yummy if you need a special treat and can handle 4 grams of sugar)
D: i have no idea!
S: 1/3 protein bar after the gym

You are almost 23 mos out??? I remember you going for your YEAR follow up and I could have sworn that was yesterday...good lord has this year flown.
Anyway...thanks for posting because I was gonna start this thread as I have been grazing the past couple of days...plus am due for my monthly friend...so the scale is not my friend right now and I need to get a grip.
I am 13 1/2 mos out....

S: Probably nothing...that's about when we're pretty busy at work.
L: Meatball parm w/o bread: 24gm
S: Cheese and Crackers 15gm
D: ?? Not sure
Total: 56gm
Then I will be up for most of the day for a night off of work, so we shall see what that brings.
