Protein Pancakes (Repost)
1/2 T. DaVinci's S/F Vanilla Syrup
1/4 C. Egg Beaters
1/4 C. Muscle Milk and Oats Oatmeal ( I purchased at Vitamin Shoppe, but it is available online from Musclesurf.com)
1/4 C. Dry Flake Cottage Cheese, drained of any excess liquid
1/2 T. Sugar Free Jam
1/2 T. Cary S/F Pancake Syrup
Place all ingredients in a container that you can use an immersion blender on. It will be thick just like the real stuff. Prep an 8" Saute pan with spray oil. Cook just as you would a normal pancake, till golden on both sides. This recipe yields 1 - 8" pancake. Calories 159, fat 2, carbs 14.4, protein 21.5.
