Tuesday menu
Ok...so here is what I have packed. I probably won't eat all of it....which is why I packed the extra protein powder chicken soup (unjury)
B: Chicken Fingers (at home before work, home made) 15gms?
S: 2 cheesesticks 16gm
L: 1/2 PB jely sandwich on whole wheat...12gm
S: 2 scoops unjury chicken broth in 16 ounces water....42gm
D: ?? Have to stop at the grocery store on the way home to figure this one out
So that is a total of 85gm. But I didn't get to eat a whole lot at work last night...and I'm kind of preparing myself for the same tonight...we shall see. I figure the unjury I can heat up, put in a cup and sip on while I'm in and out of patients rooms. The PB sandwich may end up being dinner, something "ligher" right before bed.
