***WEDNESDAY MENU***

So, watchya eating today?  My plan isn't completely set but here's what I've got:

B:  Oatmeal 15ish gms (9am)
S:  Greek Yogurt w/ Berries 18gm (11:30am)
L:  1/2 sandwhich on whole grain bread/ham/cheese 17gm (2pm)
S:  2 cheesesticks 16gm (4pm)

After that...I dont' have a clue.  Not sure where we are eating dinner, let alone WHAT we are eating for dinner.  Also don't know about what it will be for a snack tonight although I will pack a few things for my parents house to have on hand just in case.


66gm for that part of the day.  Goal is 50.  I'm 13 mos out.

Fluids:
40 ounces decaf tea (maybe even 60 if I get one on the way to my parents house come to think of it...)
 50 ounces of crystal lite
40 ounces minimum of water
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

OK well my plan is about as definitive as yours.... I am 22 months out

B: 100 calorie english muffin
S: cheddar cheese and pretzels
L: 1/2 BBQ chicken sandwich and mozz cheese
S: fage yogurt
D: not sure - maybe eggs
S: not sure about this either

Here is the plan.

B:  Bagel with light cc
S:  Yogurt with SF banana syrup and a banana
L:  Chicken and rice, tomatoe and baby bell peppers...they are almost too cute to eat!!
D: I have no idea....it will be on the run whatever it is.
S:  hummus and baby bell peppers

2 years out
Today will be weird as  I am working a double.

B- Scrambled egg with cheese and onion.

Chai latte

S- String Cheese.

ho****er with lemon

l- will be deli chicken meat with cheese wrapped in lettuce.

will take a starbucks break between shifts get another latte

D- frozen WW meal

S- Greek Yogurt

More tea and water and decaf coffee.

I'm 10 months out.  I'm not as together as I have been the last couple of days

B: Coffee and 4 oldbay seasoned shrimp  7 cheese cubes ( 13) ( weird I know, I'm just makin' it up as I go LOL)
S: Pringles Smart Flavors - 1
L: Chicken leg with Mole sauce - 26
S: Pringles Cinnimon sweet potato - 1 ( as you can see, i'm screwing up here today
D: More chicken probably
S: I have no idea

I need to get to 73 for the day, which I was able to do 2 days in a row.  I'm a bit concerned about today though. I really am not in the mood for a Protein drink today.

I think i'm going out to dinner, so maybe i'll get a salad with chicken. GRRR. I am such a stress eater and I am definately under stress.
