**Tuesday Menu**
Here, HG, now you don't have to wonder if anyone else is eating today! LOL
I am just about 13mos out
B: Oatmeal 14gm
S: 2 cheesesticks 16gm
L: Carrots/ranch dressing/greek yogurt w/ berries 18gm
S: Cheese and Crackers 10gm
D: Left over calzone w/ ricotta, mozz, and ham: 15??
Fluids:
50.7 of crystal lite
40 of decaf hot tea
Probably at least 16 of water....maybe more.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
I am almost 22 months out and well pouchie is not cooperating so today is going to be a day of "bland" bad foods... but when I saw the Dr the last time they said better to be higer in carbs if thats all that will sit then to not eat so here it goes

L: orzo with zucchini and cheese
S: mozzarella cheese
D: not sure meat and a veggie - I'll pick something up when I shop or bum something off Mom when I stop there! lol :)
S: not sure on this either - maybe I'll try a protein shake
Protein is a bit low today but I hope to be feeling better tomorrow and I'll be back on track!

S: Balance Bar (14 grams)
D: 1/2 can of tuna on salad (22 grams)
S: 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese (12 grams)
Total protein: 89 grams of protein
