Here, HG, now you don't have to wonder if anyone else is eating today!  LOL
I am just about 13mos out

B:  Oatmeal 14gm
S:  2 cheesesticks 16gm
L:  Carrots/ranch dressing/greek yogurt w/ berries 18gm
S:  Cheese and Crackers 10gm
D:  Left over calzone w/ ricotta, mozz, and ham:  15??

Fluids:
50.7 of crystal lite
40 of decaf hot tea
Probably at least 16 of water....maybe more.

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I am almost 22 months out and well pouchie is not cooperating so today is going to be a day of "bland" bad foods... but when I saw the Dr the last time they said better to be higer in carbs if thats all that will sit then to not eat so here it goes

B: 1/2 bagel with low fat cream cheese
S: fage yogurt
L: orzo with zucchini and cheese
S: mozzarella cheese
D: not sure meat and a veggie - I'll pick something up when I shop or bum something off Mom when I stop there! lol :)
S: not sure on this either - maybe I'll try a protein shake

Protein is a bit low today but I hope to be feeling better tomorrow and I'll be back on track!

I am glad others are eating too...cause I was starting to think you all knew a secret and didn't fill me in LOL

S:  Cheese
D:  left over chicken and rice
S:  hummus and peppers

I am so grateful for this site even if I let my busy life keep me from posting...

B: chobani yogurt and fruit (17 grams of protein)
L: 3 ounces of reduced fat cheese & 1/2 banana (24 grams)
S: Balance Bar (14 grams)
D: 1/2 can of tuna on salad (22 grams)
S: 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese (12 grams)

Total protein: 89 grams of protein

Hey guys, I'm clawing my way back on the wagon - I'm  only 10 months out 11 December 9th.

B: Quaker Protein Granola Bar - 5
S: Whole wheat toast with LC cheese and FFcheddar single - 12
L: Chicken Nuggets - 10
S: SF Hot Chocolate with Cappaccino Protein Powder <-- THis is SOOOOOO good ( 25)
D: Monkfish and whole grain medly - (18)
S: Im sure I'll get into something.
