Who is getting their excersise groove on?? Thursday edition

Good morning!!

I am at work already but just wanted to post the routine on tap for today...tonight it is one hour on the treadmill.  That will probally be all as Thanksgiving is looming and we have many errands and places to be every night this week!!!

What are you planning on doing today?

I will hit the gym around 9PM tonight.  Going to stick to just cardio.  A hour burning as many calories as I can.

I've been to the gym already today and I did the following

Treadmill ran on the weightloss program 5 mph 1%-6%incline for 20 min

I followed that with some weight training  Today I did shoulders, biceps, triceps and abs.

Tomorrow will be probably more running with weeight trainning for legs.

You don't use Rascals over on route 100 do you?  I joined there in September and love it.  No thrills and cheap!

Hi Laura and Pa!

Today I did 30 minutes combination of running and walking outside and I went for two 15-minute walks outside too.  Brrrrr ;)
