Quick post since I am running late(story of my life this week!!)

One hour on the treadmill after school followed by 15 mins on my weight machine!!

Heading to the gyms now (yes plural  - getting way to obsessive with this exercise thing).  Planet Fitnes for 20 minutes on Treadmill, 45 on elptical and 20 on the Arc Trainer.  Then dashing down to B&R for a core training  Arms, Back and Abs and then a MMA Cardio tonight at 6.  This stall is really really messing with my head.

I hit the Gym already  20 MIn on eliptiacl followed by 30 min of weight training (chest and Back)

30 minutes on the stepper. my butt is getting rock hard!!!! woo hooo .... no jiggliness anymore. then i did lower body weight training/toning. and abs. gotta love the abs!!!

Today I took two 10-minute walks outside and I did 35 minutes on the elliptical.
