Good morning!!

Sorry I haven't been posting this thread but this virus/cold/flu thing I got really knocked me on my butt!! So many thanks to HG for keeping it going!!

I am still congested as all heck but it is starting to work its way out of my system so I definitely felt good enough to get on the treadmill for an hour this morning!  Hubby even joined me on the weight machine!!  It was nice...Tonight definitely some ab work and maybe I'll do my Yoga dvd to end the work week!!!

What are you all doing today??

Wow!  You are amazing!  I have been recovering from gallbladder surgery.  I managed to lose a pound because not having an appetite.  I am supposed to start back in tap class next week.  I have Irish on Monday, but they are calling for snow and I'm not too sure about traveling up to Olean in it.  So, I don't know what I am going to do for exercise except keep my feet tapping.

Ill be hittimg the gym today - probably doing th estepper again since that seems to give me the best sweat. then its upper body day. Have a great Friday everyone!!!

I've been doin' my DVDs every day----just haven't felt like posting....lazy. Today it's either Sweatin 2 or 4......4's already in there so it's winning....lol....I'm lazy. Dog walking is a must today. And then there's the half-mile jaunt from the campus parking lot to the door.....

In for an hour on the elliptical, and heading down to the gym over lunch for an hour of weight training.

I hope everybody is feeling as good today as I am.

Adding: I'm not longer feeling "great."

I'm sore as HELL after a tough, tough hour with the weights.

I loaded up on protein and tylenol though, so I expect it to be gone soon.
