Some sad news...
We found out Sunday night that one of my long time, and really good friends from back home passed away.
He was at Saint Mary's in Bensalem, recovering from having his appendix out. They knew he had a blood clot in his leg, so they were watching him closely, and keeping him in the hospital for observation. Well... Sunday night a piece broke off, and went into his lungs... he then went into cardiac arrest, and died at the age of 25...
He leaves behind 5 little girls... all under the age of 7... a fiancee, who they just got engaged about 2 months ago... a mother and father, and 4 brothers and sisters.
He also leaves a whole ton of friends who will miss him more than he ever knew.
We'll be going to the viewing tomorrow night, and the funeral is on friday. Ugh... just please if you pray... keep his family and friends in your thoughts?

Oh Mary,
I know the pain his family is going through, as blood clots were what caused both of my brothers' deaths in the past two years. One was 40, the other 56. It is an awful tragedy, and I definitely have tears right now as I think of another family going through this horrible pain.
Please know that I will pray for the family, as well as you. What got me through my losses was meditating on Psalm 139. It says that the Lord knows the number of our days. It is not for me to decide.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.
