Tuesday menu
I am trying to get back into my normal routine here...life has been a bit crazy. I haven't eaten much the last 6 days, Oscar the Pouch can't seem to handle stress very well.
What's everyone planning on today.
B: Special K protein cereal and skim, 2 pieces of turkey bacon.
S: yogurt and apple
L: Not sure....friends treating me to lunch for my birthday last week...maybe a salad..i need veggies!
D: 1 slice pizza on the run
S: Cheese and triscuits.

Ya know - maybe if I start planning my meals again - it will help me off this stall - so here goes for Tuesday:
B - SF Muscle Milk Chocolate - 35gm protein
S - 2 non fat Cheese Sticks and Banana - 16 gms protein
L - Smart Ones Meat Loaf and Asparagus - 20 gms protein
S - 4 oz Greek Yogurt with fresh berries - 16 gms protein
D - 5 Egg Bites (Mush / Feta) - 10 gms protein
S - Grapes and 1/4 c unsalted Almonds - 8 gms protein
Total - 105 gms of protein

Well it's not exactly a "plan" but rather "what it was" today. The past few days have been difficult as I've been in computer class and they are really really strict about not having food in the room.

S: SB Protein Bar 10gm
L: Wrap w/ one slice turkey, 1/2 slice cheese, low carb tortilla 10ish gms
S: 2 cheesesticks 16gm
D: Slice of pizza 10gm??
52gm for the day. My new "maintenance" goal is 50 - but I still feel like a slacker with anything less than 60.
