Good morning..
I think I am beating HG to the posting this morning. I have been away from the site for awhile but I wanted to post my food to keep accountable. Even this far out, I hate being accountable for my food! lol
B: W.C. Oatmeal, 1 boiled egg - 14g
L: 3 oz turkey breast, salad greens, 8 melba - 22g
S: 2 cheese sticks, 8 melba - 14g
D: 3.5 oz chicken, brocolli, sweet potato, s/f fudgecicle - 27g
S: 1 serving hard pretzels, 1/2 protein bar - 10g
milk in coffee - 2g
Protein - 89g

G, Nice to see you posting. We miss you.
I hate having to still keep track too but as soon as I dont. up the scale creeps.
B- scrambled eggs with cheese.
2 chai lattes. Only because I went to the dentist and I needed a treat to comfort me LOL. I know I know find something else to comfort you.
L- Eggs and cheese again because of the tooth.
S - almonds.
D- Chicken stew. It has chicken ocra , corn and tomotoes in it.
Maybe some Greek Yogurt tonight
