What's on your plate today?

I am 2+ years out.

B:  Jimmy Dean D-Light canadian ham, egg white and cheese sandwich
S:  pear and 1/2 cup yogurt
L:  3 oz tuna, lite american cheese and 1/2 pita pocket, red peppers
S:  1/2 banana and 1/2 cup yogurt
D:  between voting, karate and the gym...I have no idea when dinner will be or what it will be...something quick I guess....
S:  handful of almonds.
