Hi Katie,

I use shrinkpictures.com    It is very self-explanatory.  Can't mess it up.

I use photobucket.com

You upload your photos...then go to resize...then pick the one that is 100x100 or 100x90 or whatever it is...OH accepts 100x100.

Then I save it to my computer (the shrunken one that is) and then upload it to here.
