What is on your agenda for today?

Me?  I will hit the gym tonight after the trick or treaters are done.  I need to burn some major calories so run run run it will be...I am also going to throw in 20 minutes of the eliptical.

Warm up on the Eliptical, weight training with PT, short cardio as I have to be at Barix for 11:30.

Walked this morning - will walk again tonight - may do my bike if I'm not cramping beyond belief (like I am right now - ugh).

i brought my gym stuf to work but i have to pick my daughter up at school at 11am to get down to south philly for the paradew and trick or treating. so my exercise will be walking around south philly today.

Doin' Sweatin to the Oldies 3 now....

Walking back to pick up car, and walking Coco twice.
