SO what is on Tuesday's plan for food?
I am almost 21 months out and here is the plan - stomach still isn't feeling 100% so this is a goal I will try and reach - hopefully I can get there.
B: english muffin with a few slices of cheddar
S: fage with strawberry jam
L: 1/2 grilled chicken wrap
S: s/f f/f chocolate pudding
D: not sure yet - have to pick something up in my travels - or scrambled eggs
S: protein shake
That should get me to my goals...

B: 1/2 hollowed out bagel, light cc, turkey bacon
S: greek yogurt with apple and orange sf syrup
L: some concoction I threw together last night....tuna, cheese, onion, Barilla's Protein Plus pasta and some kind of grain that Cheryl introduced me to this weekend that I can't think of the name....maybe bulgar?? Cooked in chicken broth. Really, its my version of tuna casserole plus the grain. Plus tomato and green pepper....I have been really making an effort to get my fruits and veggies in!!

D: baked eggplant, roccotta cheese, mozzarella and spaghetti sauce
S: almonds

Trying to keep it under 1000 today and undo some of yesterday.
