Whatcha eatin' today?

I had a very "fly by the seat of my pants" kind of weekend, so my choices weren't great...not all bad, but not stellar either.

B:  Turkey sausage, egg white, low fat cheese, 1/2 lite english muffin
S:  Greek yogurt with orange sf syrup
L:  Tuna, green pepper, maybe some tlc crackers
S:  apple and cheese
D:  Veggie burger with cheese (no bun), corn
S:  almonds

DD iced decaf with milk
lots of Crystal Light
