What are you putting in to your pie hole today??
We have a mouse (or mice) in the office that has been eating chocolate....the owners son does not believe in killing ANY living things...so he put out no kill traps....we had a little guy in it this morning...munching on his M&M. Mice make me gag....so, its a great appetite killer!!
B: a few bites of egg and canadian ham
S: protein shake
L: Stir fried veggies, won ton soup, tomato and cucumber
S: sf popsicle
D: veggie burger, veggies
S: Almonds

I am almost 21 months out and have 22 pounds to go to get to goal...
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: fage yogurt with strawberry jam
L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich
S: chocolate pudding made with soy milk - f/f and s/f with 1/2 scoop protein powder
D: 93% lean ground beef burger and veggies - not sure which one yet
S: another protein chocolate pudding

I am one week one day from being a year out!! Here's the game plan. Again - no allottment for "naming" them such as breakfast and what not cause it's just all screwy today as far as timing is concerned.

I am 8 weeks out. I think pretty soon I'll have to start counting that in terms of months and not weeks, though. Here's today's plan:
