Cravings.
Don't beat yourself up over some ritz crackers and pb - but don't make it a daily habit, either - pb is something I crave a lot - not sure why - and the lo-sugar pb is hard to eat without something else because it tends to be drier. Hopefully you enjoyed them - savor that part of it and move on. Good heavens girl, we're all human here - remember - to err is human - to forgive yourself is divine (or something like that!!).

I think it's the "bunch" of ritz that did you in. All in all not a horrible choice (of course the carbs as you know are an issue) Can I be nosey and ask what a "bunch" is? We've all been there done that. Remember just about a month or so ago I was saying that I finally vomited - and that was due to a bagel for crying out loud. We will learn? Maybe. Will we pay when we don't play by the rules? absolutely.
As a side note - I can eat crackers all the live long day w/o getting sick - and that stinks for me!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
