Hey all....what are you eating today? I'm not putting down "names" (breakfast etc) cause I don't know when I will be eating or what to call it - as I am having the last of my "meals" from work last night now....here is what I will be eating throughout the day today:
3/4 cup ricotta cheese 30gm
Greek Yogurt 18gm
Wrap w/ sliced chicken breast and cheese 23gm
Maybe a SB protein bar 10gm
Dinner food unknown yet
69 minimum....79 w/ the sb bar...and over that with whatever we have for dinner.
