Greek Yogurt on sale

Just saw in Giant's circular that they have Chobani greek yogurt on sale 10 for $10 I believe that the sale runs until saturday.

correct - I think that they are 7 ounces. But I believe that they are usually like $1.30

What is greek yogurt?  Is it more nutritional?  Taste better? I can't imagine what it would taste like.

Michelle - it is a plain strained yogurt - consistency is more like thick sour cream. It is a bit more tangy and I prefer to mix things into it, fruit, jam etc. It is much higher in protein - 17grams in 7 ounces!!

Plain it tastes almost EXACTLY like sour cream to me.  I cannot eat it plain.

That being said..I eat it almost every day.  I add things like liz...fruit, splenda, sf jam...but my favorite is sf davinci syrup and fruit.  I've also heard of people putting in things like a little bit of sf jello crystals or crystal lite powder or whatever.

They have different varieties so be careful.  The preflavored ones have lots of added sugar in them....and then there are various "fat percentages" I use the 0% one.
