Who's getting their excersise groove on?? Monday edition

Good morning!!

Well Monday is upon us and it is time to work out!!!  Today I am doing 1 hour on the treadmill--sweaty sweaty!! I just keep upping my intensity in small increments working towards my goal.  That is all for me today as the in-laws will be here this afternoon...sigh.

Later this afternoon it will be 20 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes on the somewhat ellipitical (without arm movement) and 30 minutes on the bike. Gotta get these legs worked out. Have a great day.... - Katie

Burrrrrr, it's cold outside.  The temperature on my computer this morning reads 27 degrees.  It does, however, make for good running weather this afternoon.  Today has me running 14 miles this afternoon as the Philadelphia Marathon is inching ever closer.  Tonight I'll head to the gym for some ab work and weight training.

Good Morning Laura!

I have an hour long Karate class at 7:00, then I am going to head right to the gym to run.  I haven't been to the gym since Thursday, but did tons of walking and bike (or whatever that contraption was) riding down at the shore this weekend.

i hope to get to the gym today we have a repair men coming in and out of the house

i did call a local martial arts place and i am looking into some classes because heather g inspired me

Good Morning Laura,

I am sore this morning, as yesterday's workout I tried something I never used before in the gym, I loved it, but my butt and the backs of my thighs are hurting today, I did the rowing machine. . .

Anyway, no matter the pain, I'm going to the gym tonight, doing an hour of cardio, since yesterday I did weights and such. . .
