Whatcha eating today? Friday!
I am almost 21 months out and suffering from raging PMS so I am giving the body what it wants today! lol Sick and PMS are a terrible combination!
B: 1/2 bagel with lox cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken cesar salad
S: greek yogurt
D: hamburger or trout depending on what I feel like later!
S: S/F apple crisp

Gotta love raging PMS, Liz LOL
Here is the plan today....I am just over 2 years out...and low and behold, after 4 months of pretty much not losing anything, I have dropped 10 pounds in the last 2 weeks! Yippeee!!
B: special K protein cereal, skim milk, 1/2 banana, 1/2 hollowed out bagel with lite cc (Oscar the pouch is a hungry b*stard today)
L: Indian food...cant remember the name of it
S: Tomatoes and cottage cheese
D: grilled chicken, veggie stir fry
S: Protein shake.

I am finally going out shopping in the morning. Due to my schedule and then a financial misunderstanding with the hotel I stayed at in AC (My mis understanding...and after talking w/ the friend who was with me she said they definately explained it the way it happened) I couldn't go. There will definately be ricotta cheese and more fage and cheesesticks on the list....along with some lunch meat and salad makings I believe.
