Good Morning! I am almost 21 months out

B: 100 calorie english muffin with PB
S: cheddar cheese
L: not sure - have to pick something up - maybe a salad
S: greek yogurt
D: hamburger and mushrooms
S: s/f apple crisp

S:  Pudding with protein powder
L:  Chicken with tomatilla sauce and cheese
S:  Cottage cheese with strawberry topping
D:  Seared tuna with spinach sauce
S:  Don't know yet something with fage

Morning all!  Well I had temporarily relief of my water retention for about 3 hours last night.  Woke up today and it's back...my fingers are all swollen.  The joys of being a woman.  So more water etc.  Today will be a split day as I am up during the day, taking a nap, and going to work...so there's a few repeats on here and the protein is high...as I have to almost double it on my 24 hour days....

B:  Greek yogurt 18gm
S:  2 cheese sticks 16gm
L:  Left over shrimp 10gm
S:  Pork Loin 20ish gms

**nap time**

Protein Shake 42gm
Greek Yogurt 18gm
SB bar 16gm
Somethng when I get home...maybe left over pork....or two more cheesesticks...not sure

Total:  140gm in 24+ hours


Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Morning!

I'm 18 months out, and here's my plan...
 

B- 1/2 c. egg beaters w/ 2 slices light wheat toast
S- small apple w/ r/f peanutbutter
L- Salad w/ tuna, mushrooms, and a few soynuts
S- 100 cal. bag pop corn
D- pork roast w/ broccolli
s- s/f hot chocolate, or 2 s/f fudge pops

I was on the run all day...had my 2 year follow up with Dr. Brader today...so my eating was on the go.

L:  grilled salmon and asparagus
S:  Left over salmon and asparagus in the car on the way home from Lancaster
D:  hamburger

Thats it!  I'm sure once I get in from the gym, I will have something protein based.
