Thursday's Menu
Morning all! Well I had temporarily relief of my water retention for about 3 hours last night. Woke up today and it's back...my fingers are all swollen. The joys of being a woman. So more water etc. Today will be a split day as I am up during the day, taking a nap, and going to work...so there's a few repeats on here and the protein is high...as I have to almost double it on my 24 hour days....
B: Greek yogurt 18gm
S: 2 cheese sticks 16gm
L: Left over shrimp 10gm
S: Pork Loin 20ish gms
**nap time**
Protein Shake 42gm
Greek Yogurt 18gm
SB bar 16gm
Somethng when I get home...maybe left over pork....or two more cheesesticks...not sure
Total: 140gm in 24+ hours

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
I was on the run all day...had my 2 year follow up with Dr. Brader today...so my eating was on the go.
