I have to try to get down to Debi's one of these months, but my schedule has been so full.  I am great...keeping busy and the weight is starting to come off again....its about time!

We have a meeting once a month on a Monday at Sandy McKinley's house, ( Debi's moms house) at 7pm till whenever you leave. Feel free to contact Debi for the dates for this month, as her mom is having surgery tomorrow so I dont know if that will affect out meeting.

Hi Gina,
The Barix First Saturday meetings are coming!
I'll be talking more about them Wednesday night but I'll also post info here and there will also be posts on the Barix messageboards and promotion at the Langhorne clinic.
We are the only Barix location doing additional meetings like this and the size of our groups along with our popularity is larger than at any other Barix location. Our starting schedule will be 12P - 4P ( but may expand) to start and we'll break into smaller groups based on what the group wants. Grouped by stage or grouped by topic are only 2 possibilities. We'll distribute a survey Wednesday night to get your feedback.
Hope to see ya there,

Dennis

Jen,

I'm glad you recognize it.  If you "failed" you wouldn't have recognized it.  I think I once told Trish...you had a momentary lapse of successing.  8 pounds is not 80 as someone else said.

You are not expected to be perfect.  God - if anyone was perfect here I would prefer them NOT to be on the boards...because how can the rest of us get support from someone who we can't "be" like?  We can be like you - though.  We can recognize problems, attempt to the correct them, and understand why we are doing what we are doing and what we can do to try to fix that.

See you tomorrow night.

Pam

Nope nobody is perfect. Forgive yourself and move on.

I am with you on the wine. I have a confession--I love wine and beer, and way too often substitute them for my healthy calories.

You are gonna get through this.

:)
