Whatcha Eating Today? Thursday edition
Morning all! I am 21 months out and here is the plan - *NOTE* I am still on the special post-op gall-bladder removal diet so I am higher in carbs then I normally would be.
B: 1/2 bagel with l/f cream cheese
S: fage yogurt
L: salad with tuna
S: l/f cheese and a few crackers
D: this is the worst part... I think that my friend and I will order something out from teh Italian place
S: protein shake
What are you planning?
I need to plan grocery shopping so this menu looks a little better! lol over the weekend - I promise!

I also did not stick to my menu yesterday. I did have the toast and peanut butter when I got up...but then when I got to work it is "ER nurses week" and the docs bought all three shifts chineese food. So instead of my nice little salad and my yogurts and what not, I had that. And it definately was not healthy varieties. Oh well. Moving on to today:
B: Toast w/ PB 10gm
S: Greek Yogurt 18gm
L: Salad w/ chicken 21gm
S: Greek Yogurt 18gm
D: Probably Eggs and cheese 16gm
S: ??
