Another goal accomplished!!
Heather,
I think it's great that you are meeting a goal and empowering yourself all at the same time. I had an incident when I was 15, I won't go into the details, but suffice it to say that I can completely relate to the feelings you have, feelings that can be triggered from out of the blue. . . anyway, good luck, I'll bet you are posting one of these days that you are going for your black belt test
Hugs and best wishes, Laureen

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

My HG,
My pride of you and your ongoing successing grows consistently. You seem to know just how to stoke your fire when it's time. You also never let yourself forget from where you came and the real tragedies and triumphs that can really mold who we become. I am so proud of you for yet another level of self control. You are surviving and kicking butt doing it. I would like to do the 5K with you and have had the hankering to do martial arts for the last couple of months, so I may follow in your footsteps in that direction as well, Sensei. Love to you, my Successing Sister.
