OT Moving!
After much debate - and a very very stressful day yesterday we decompressed over night and have come to a determination
Sullivan Traile Forks Township pa will be our new home as of November 1, 2008!!
It is being constructed as we speak will definately be ready on November 1 so we will be the first to move in. It is a 3 unit ranch style housing set up - we will have the end unit so only a connected neighbor on one side. Two bedrooms, full bath, living room, dining room area, kitchen, back patio and back yard (6 ft privacy fence and then a common area) in a brand spanking new development 2 car driveway. Comes with dishwasher, central air conditioning, gas heat and appliances.
Whoo hoo!!
We do need to get our hands on a clothes washer/gas dryer as there are hookups in our "house" but those appliances are not included.
We sign the lease Tuesday morning.

I can't thank you enough for your tech support yesterday - you really saved the day and made a very confusing situation much more settling!! Thanks again soooooo much! And now we know where we "live" so that's a good thing! I will definately send out an email update with our address once we know exactly what it will be (I don't know if there will be unit numbers or anything like that...)
