So I've been experimenting trying to get massive amounts of proteins in to one shake since that I can tolerate the taste and that will give me my best bang for the meal since I'm having a hard time consuming more than 1 shake a day.

Here it is.

1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt 12G/protein
1 scoop AnyWhey unflavored protein 17G/protein
1 cup unsweetened Soy Milk 7G
2tbsp peanut butter (smooth) 8G/protein
2tbsp Nestle SF Quick 1G/protein
1/2 banana
5 icecubes

That's 45G of protein in one shake! I still need to get 28G in during the day, but I can usually do that by nibbling on greek yogurt for the remainder of the day.

i used to make asimilar shake and it was the only shake i was able to get down due ot the pb. but now after drinking it every day for weeks - i cant even think about it anymore. i couldnt have 2 tbsp of pb due to the fat grams. i used just 1 tbsp whihc was good enough.

That sounds good.  I think I will try it.  I have been having a hard time getting my protein in.  Thanks for the information.
