Thursday's Food Log..

Good morning everyone!

I haven't planned dinner yet.  That seems to be my downfall when I don't plan my dinners for the week.  Too many choices!  I am like a little kid sometimes. lol

I am 16 months out and here is my food plan for the day. 

B: W.C. Oatmeal, boiled egg - 14g
L: 3.5 oz turkey breast, grape tomatoes, 8 melba - 25g
S: 2 cheese sticks, wheat thins - 14g
D: 3 oz chicken thigh, brocollii, corn, a few grapes - 23g
S: 1.5 oz l/f cheese, 1 cup cheerios - 13g
S: fudgecicle

I need to up my fluids since I am fighting some type of allergy. 

Protein - 89g

I guess I better start thinking about what I am going to eat today.  Thursdays are different for me because my schedule is not the same as the rest of the week.   I am fighting the PMS munchies this week.  grrrrr.....

B:  Protein shake made with crystal light.....24 grams
L:  ham and cheese sandwich, brussels sprouts.....15 grams
S:  Cheese and apple.....8 grams
D:  South beach frozen meal......25 grams
S:  fudgecicle

I tend to not get in my fluids on my days off - I just kind of forget to drink  during the day - and I really need to work on that especially as I am recovering from a uti.  So that is my number one goal.

I just got in from work so here's probably what the rest of the day will bring....

1/2 lean pocket panini 11gm
1/2 protein shake 21gm
Yogurt 15gm
1/2 protein shake 21gm

Dinner is not planned and we might be at my parents house depending....
