Oh no go ahead because I was laughing in the ER when I said I thought I was Forest Gump...This is such a "me" type of accident it too funny not to laugh. Plus life is short why cry!

Hey Beth - so sorry to hear about your knee! Are you having any pain? Man, you just never know when a body part is going to go haywire! The last time I wore pantyhose was when I was pulling them on and felt and heard a 'pop' in my back - the first day I was okay but the next day I got up and couldn't stand up straight for days! Haven't worn pantyhose in 10 years!! Of course you don't have the option of not peeing!! I hope you can get in to see an ortho soon - sometimes they're tied up for weeks. Take care and keep us posted on how you're doing.

Hi Kathy

Right now it is a dull ache I just popped regular Tylenol for it...Good for you and no pantyhose!
It is always the weirdest things is it not?

I called the Ortho and the earliest they can get me in is Sept 9th but the girl told me to call everyday to see if they have an opening. If the pain increases they want me to call as an emergency case.

I feel you pain! I tore my meniscus 2 years ago, dealt with the pain for a while before having surgery to fix it. I gotta recomend Dr. Marc Desmond from the muscle, bone and joint center. It's affiliated with Frankford Hospitals. Very smart, talented and down to earth. He's operated on both of my parents too. Hope the pain isn't too bad everything works out. JOE

Joe,

Thank you for the tip that is who the hospital suggested as well MBJ but I have dealt with them in business and do not care for the attitude overall with them (not saying your doctor per say) so I going with my girlfriend's Ortho guy. Thanks again I am hoping for the best as well .
