Laura did you fall off your treadmill??
Well, not sure where Laura is today for the daily posting of getting your exercise groove on, but here goes for me:
Walk this morning with the dog.
Fitness Ctr after work - 20 minutes on recumbant bike, then circuit training, then maybe another 10 on the bike - depending on how my foot feels.
What are you doing to move today???

No, I didn't fall off the treadmill but I did head into my classroom way early and was up and down on the chairs and desks trying to hang stuff up! Between today and yesterday--My knee is slightly throbbing from all the furniture moving and getting up and down off tables and chairs..... so no treadmill today just stretching and maybe a little yoga later...we will see how the knee is. But I do have to tell ya--I really miss the treadmill today and WILL be on it tomorrow.
I am still here and still ready to get my excersise groove on!!! Thanks for thinking of me!!
