my meal plan, sort of....

started the day out with:

Breakfast:  Venti SF/FF French Vanilla Latte' from Starbucks (15 gm protein),   a protein shake (33 gms protein)

Hopefully for the rest of the day:::::

Lunch:   Either a can of tuna with lt mayo and relish, or a low carb pita with Virginia Ham.

Dinner:  Chicken, with either green beans or corn.  OR: pork chops with a tossed salad..........   decisions, decisions.....

Snacks:  cottage cheese, cheese stick, or crackers with cheese....   see the cheese kick here??  LOL

My day isn't totally planned but so far this is what I've got:

B:  Vanilla matrix protein shake - 30 gm protein
S:  Lite string cheese; South Beach nuts - 10 gm protein
L:  Chicken Salad w/fresh fruit - 20
S:  Melon with yogurt = 8
D:  Not sure
S:  Not sure
