Hi Nan - How are you doing? You've been on my mind a lot but I haven't wanted to bother you as this has been such a difficult time for you. You're still in my thoughts and prayers.
I am just shy of 6 months out and my protein goal for the day is 73...
B: Special K w/Protein; Strawberries; 1% milk = 15
S: Sliced banana w/Simply Jiff Peanut Butter = 8
L: Roast Beef & Cheese Roll-up; Soy Chips = 22
S: Fresh melon w/Dannon Lite n Fit Yogurt = 8
D: Meatloaf; steamed cabbage = 21
S: 4 oz lo-fat cottage cheese = 14

I was 23 months out yesterday.

L: Tuna, cheese, tomato, handful of croutons ( so much for my carb free day!!)
D: steak, zuchini
I really need to break this carb cycle I have been on. I am shooting for all protein and veggies until there is a break in my latest stall.

I was busy cooking and cleaning out the fridge of old food...so here's the final game plan (and what I've eaten thus far...)
B: South Beach Protein Bar 10gm
S: Chicken and mozz that I was cooking 10gm
L: Ham, turkey, american cheese 18gm
S: LF/SF ice cream 4gm

**Concert at the local venu, so I'm planning on being real busy**

Greek yogurt/berries 18gm
When I get home in the morning:
"Mexican Casserole" (Lean taco meat layered w/ lf cheese, tortillas probably won't eat the tortillas) 20gm
90gm - which gives me 20 gm of lee way if I don't get to eat my yogurt or whatever at work tonight
