What's on the menu for today?
I am 18 months out and here is the plan
B: 1/2 english muffin & fage yogurt with peaches
S: mozz cheese
L: homemade chicken soup
S: cheddar cheese
D: not sure yet - maybe more chicken soup
S: s/f ice pop
Lots of water to try and flush all that radioactive crap out of my system from yesterday
Make great choices today and stay hydrated in this heat!

Not the greatest plan but here we go 9 mos 1 week out:
B: Going out to "dinner" (my breakfast) with co workers. Probably a salad with chicken
S: Protein bar 10gm
L: 1/2 protein drink 21gm
S: Ricotta Cheese 20gm
After that it will be home and off from work all day friday so I'll plan the rest then
51gm + restaurant + whatever else during the day - will definately hit 70+
Oh - liz - the barium can be constipating.....extra fluids is definately a good idea....

B: Special K w/protein cereal w/peaches; 1 1/2 c 1% milk = 15 gp
S: 1/2 cup lo-fat cottage cheese = 12 gp
L: Lo-carb turkey & cheese wrap; sf pudding = 17 gp
S: Banana w/peanut butter = 8 gp
D: 3 oz boneless pork loin; sauerkraut; 1/4 c mashed potatoes = 20 gp
S: Fruit

S: cheese stick and RF Triscuits 8.5g
L: chicken and broccolli 20g
S: cheese stick and RF Triscuits 8.5g
D: not sure yet we have a rehearsal dinner tonight.
S: probably cheese and triscuits or choc. covered peanuts not sure depends on dinner(choc. craving is bad this wek!!)
Target: 74 g protein
Total minus dinner and last snack: 49g

I started the day out with a protein shake.. 33gm... not sure about the rest of the day, as we will be on the run most of the day... but trying for green salad with ham for lunch, snack of Jerky..if I get to the store.. dinner not yet planned... BUT!! I'll definetly try to stay away from the carbs tonight.. at least I am getting plenty of protein each day now!!!!
