Monday's plate
Good Morning - I am just over 18 months out... still can't believe that!
B: fage yogurt and a skinned peach
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken pesto with veggies and a few noodles
S: peanut butter protein bar
D: beef fajitas on a whole grain wrap
S: s/f ice pop
LOTS of fluids, like Heather I can't seem to get enough water today! Must be going around... Calling the gastro. today too - things still arne't feeling right - trying to keep the diet bland too.

Just shy of 6 months out - 73 grams of protein required - and here is my plan:
B: Vanilla Matrix Protein Shake = 30
S: Lo-Fat Cottage Cheese - 1/2 cup - 12
L: Lo-carb wrap w/turkey & swiss cheese; sf pudding = 20
S: Fresh melon salad w/banana
D: Crab cake; grilled vegetables = 15
S: ???
Enjoying one of my homemade iced grande decaf skinny vanilla lattes this morning! Sure beats spending $4.00 at Starbucks for one and mine taste just as good.
