Exercise

I've never been a gym guy. I still am a bit intimidated because the men there will help a woman, but as a man, I feel expected to know...but I don't.

I was going to treadmill and stuff like that, and I got my wife to go. She showed interest in aquatic aerobics, so we've been doing that 3x a week.

It's doesn't feel physically demanding, but when it's done, you realized you worked out.  They have a daycare, so teh kids are cared for. They even like going, so it's a family outting.  They requested to go while I was taking them to school, which works out since the class is today.

I go to L.A. Fitness, and they will give you a trial membership, and see if that motivates you to go. I know if I stay home, that I won't go to the gym. I was the only guy for a long time, and sometimes I feel kinda silly skipping down the pool, but I do enjoy myself, and there aren't any models in the class. In fact, there are old ladies there, and I figure if they can do it, I can too!

Thanks everyone.  I'm going to do my best.  Actually you all have motivated me enough that I have found someone at work willing to go to the gym on-campus (I work for a University) after work.  We decided to start with 3 days a week, not sure how long yet each time.  This way I will be accountable to someone other than myself.  Can't wait to tell my hubby tonight.
