Today's Menu
I am 18 months out today and here is the plan
B: 1/2 bagel (for some reason my body is actually craving carbs - terrible I know and I will try and limit them - might be the PMS)
S: cheddar cheese
L: left over chicken and a small spoon of rice
S: l/f s/f pudding
D: steak and broccoli
S: not sure yet - maybe PB and an apple

I am almost 23 months out. Here's the plan.
B-bagel with light cream cheese (must be a carb craving kind of day)
S-low fat cheese
L-Turkey sandwich
S-protein shake
D-grilled zuchini or eggplant and a grilled meat....pork, chicken or turkey burger...havent decided yet.
S-watermelon
I am going through DD iced decaf with skim and sf chocolate and toasted almond coffee withdrawl....I may make a trip to DD this morning for my fix.
