Good morning everyone!!

Well today is certainly bright and sunny!!  I got up at 6 am and did an hour on the treadmill.  I really want to start pushing up my excersise routine so this week I am really focusing on upping my cardio.

Today has me working on school work and just hanging around the house--Bravo is running a Project Runway Season 2 marathon so that is on in the background as I just loooovve that show!!

Okay well I gotta go! Enjoy the day!

Much luv!!

Good Morning Liz,
I was not going to show my face on Roll Call at first, but after reading all the replies to my cry for help, and your thoughts and prayers for Lisa and me, I am moved to tears.  You gals are something else.

Today started for me at 6:00 a.m., when I went to my AA meeting and received my 60 day coin for sobriety.  Then, I came home and did some bill paperwork to get ready to pay some bills.  Yikes.  I always run out of money before I run out of bills.  Anywho, I am also getting an allergy shot today, and then hitting the pool for a swim, as water is my new drug of choice, swimming in it not drinking it.  I also need to get some junk organized in my apartment, as it looks like a paper tornado hit my bedroom.  Since I have today off from the hospital, I figure I would tackle that task.

I am so grateful for all the love and support I have been receiving on this forum.  Thanks to a friendly nudge, I am going to plan on being at the Barix meeting in August.  Truth be told, part of my reason for being AWOL was that I was ashamed of where I was at.  When I went back to AA, I was told "We don't shoot our wounded."  I am glad you guys are of the same thinking.

Hugs and love,
Trish

Good Morning Liz and PA!!

Today is my 3rd day back at work from maternity leave...it was hard to leave the kiddos, but I need to get back to my routine and getting a paycheck :)  Oh, if only I could be independently wealthy!!
All in all, it has been going well...with the exception of me being tired...but what else is new! I did something to my shoulder (probably lifted the wrong way)....and my doc gave Skelaxin...WOW...I was knocked out...My hubby had to "nudge" me several times to get Joey for his 4 am feeding this morning...OOPS!!  I guess we will be limiting our use of that med!!
So, I am sitting at work with an icy hot patch on and hoping that it will help :)
I hope everyone stays cool and drinks their water today!!

HT,

The babies are beautiful, glad to see them and you are doing fairly well, with the exception of you hurting your shoulder.  Hope being back in the working world goes well.

Take care, Laureen

Smileycons!Hello everyone!

I havent been around as much as I was before.  Mainly because of my new job.  I have to say again how much I love it and how active it's made me.   I am around every evening but there is so much i'm doing I dont always get the chance to post.

Most days I'm exhausted by the end of the day and I fall asleep moments after my head hits the pillow.  That is a great feeling because I'm the type that lays in bed and thinks and has trouble sleeping.

Today I did sleep in and get a huge block of sleep.  I go into work tonight at 9PM til 5:30AM changing the sales tags in the store and writing my order for Friday.  Then I'll come home and sleep a few hours.  The rest of my work days are all earlies.

I got a call from my Dr's office to remind me of my first surgical consult on Monday @ 11AM.

I'm curious to see the list of tests i'll have to take.  Until next time...

Take care!

Diane
