** TUESDAY'S MENU **
I am 18 months out and this is the plan:
B: 1/4 of a bagel with cream cheese and cantaloupe
S: mozz cheese
L: I think that I'll get a salad
S: cheddar cheese with a few crackers
D: pork chops and cauliflower
S: fage yogurt
78g of protein without lunch. So I am at goal. And of course plenty of water/fluids and my vitamins today!

28 mos. out, here is my planned meals, I am going out with my cousins today to the cheese cake factory and yes I will make good choices, I've never been there before but hope they have something I can order. So my calories seem low, but all the protein is in so I can get by with just a salad.

I had the energy breakfast which is egg whites, grilled chicken breast with portobello mushrooms and basil ... it was extremely tasty and the leftovers will be good tomorrow for lunch.
Here's the plan. I will be 2 years out in September.
B: 1 cup fage yogurt with sf blueberry jam
S: Large DD iced decaf with skim milk and sf syrup
L: left over protein plus pasta with spinach and fresh garlic and Morning Star "burger" crumbles, sf mocha pudding cup
S: Cheese and tlc crackers
D: grilled zuchini and pork chops
