Good Morning Folks!

I am almost 18 months out and still riding the prednisone wave (the Dr tells me that the "after" side effects can be just as bad) I am conviced that this drug was invented by satan himself... anyway here is the plan

B: english muffin with peanut butter
S: cheese stick
L: chicken and veggie stir fry
S: cheddar cheese (low fat)
D: not sure - have to grab something before support group
S: I think I might treat myself to a Rita's!

Make sure you are getting in plenty of de-caffinated, sugar free beverages today! Water is best - stay hydrated in this heat.

Good Morning Liz!!  Here's the plan:

B:  Yogurt 15gm
S:  Peaches/blueberries
L:  Deli ham/turkey roll ups 12ish gm
S:  Cheesestick 8gm
D:  ff hot dog/lf cheese 10gm

At work:
Ricotta cheese 20gm
2 cheesesticks 16gm

81gm at 8 mos out.  I might also go back to the gym after work - and if so - will probably "treat" myself to one of their protein shakes - they are using a new protein powder which is ok for us to have - and I have consistently not written it down to buy some for the house.  I get mine with skim milk and strawberries - and it's just like a strawberry milkshake!!  That will put me way over in protein - but that's ok

MS-  EAS Chocolate Shake  (naptime)

L -    2oz Grilled Chicken w lettuce & tomatoe /salad dress
        13g    157Cal

AS -  Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich on 1 sl of wheat bread  
         6g    150cal

D  -  4oz Salmon Cake w /3 oz Steamed Cabbage  
        22.8g  182Cal                     
        
S -    8oz. Wendy's Chili                                                                                    
        (this will hold me through the nite...no grazing)   
         16g    220Cal
