I know there are more than 2 of us eating everyday, where is everyone hiding.

Doesn't matter what they are eating, accountability is important.

Hi everyone, I have had a lot going on in my life the past month; time to get back to basics and logging my menu.  I don't hink I have been hitting my protein goal the past two weeks. B:  Cheese stick and RF Triscuits 8.5g S:  Nectar Twisted Cherry shake 23 g L:  not sure hitting the market S:  cheesestick and RF Triscuits 8.5g D:  chicken and broccolli S:  not sure Gina

Don't know what was wrong with me yesterday my equilibrium was off and I actually passed out in Walmart....and I'm having bathroom issues today...don't know if it's the heat or something I ate, but I feel like we're newlyweds and we can't be away from each other for long.  Feeling better but I have an appt tomorrow with my surgeon (already pre-scheduled) Eating really light today.... B- Grits w/cheese      (2) slices of Turkey Bacon     280 Calories  11g Protein L - Crustless Spinach Quiche w /1 slice 7grain Wheat Bread     163 Calories  15.5g Protein S- Dannon Yogurt Strawberry-Banana Smoothie      1 scoop of Whey Protein - Cup of Decaf Coffee      190 Calories  28g Protein D - Salmon Pattie Cake (no filler)      1 cup of Green Beans w/ 1 sl of 7grain Wh Bread      179 Calories  19.4g Protein S - EAS Chocolate Protein Shake w /banana      200 Calories  18.1g Protein Total 1012 Calories  92g Protein  24.9g Fat  102.5g Carb  12.7g Fiber No cravings for any junk foods today(Mike & Ike's or Chips) 60min Weight training tonight (if still feeling okay)
