Good morning. B:  cereal, skim, peach S:  2 cheese sticks L:  pork and brussels sprouts left over from last night.  I took 3 bites and was full, so it was instant lunch for today. S:  Beef jerky D:  small salad, perogies S:  Cheese on triscuts with hot peppers decaf with skim Crystal light About 80 grams protein HG

Today is all planned out. LOL B: smart ones lasagna S: just the cheese L: chicken and rice S: apple and cheese D: meat loaf or chicken, this depends on how my friend Mark feels because he makes the meat loaf S: creamy havarti cheese  tons of water and starbucks sf ff vanilla latte, iced decaf

Morning Heather!  I am almost 8 mos out.  I haven't been posting my menu basically because everything was on the fly.  But now I have things prepped and have a pretty good idea. B:  Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon 20gm S:  Fruit  L:  Deli ham and a cheese stick 18gm S:  Turkey roll ups with lettuce and rf mayo 10gm **nap time.  I am in at 7pm tonight for a 12 hour shift, so here's what I'll have at work** Greek Yogurt 18gm sf/ff pudding 3gm Ricotta cheese w/ splenda 20gm 89gm protein Lots of water, crystal lite, and probably a decaf iced coffee from DD on my way to work. Good morning: 3 1/2 months out, down 63 lbs and here's my menu for today: B:  Protein bullet in bottled water (42 g)  Yoplait ff yogurt (French Vanilla) (5g) S:  Slim fast high protein bar  (15g) L:  1/4 cup edamame soy nuts (13g) D:  1 cup Italian Wedding Soup (4g)

Lots of water.

Total - 106 g protein
