S: Cheese on triscuts with hot peppers

Morning Heather! I am almost 8 mos out. I haven't been posting my menu basically because everything was on the fly. But now I have things prepped and have a pretty good idea.
B: Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon 20gm
S: Fruit
L: Deli ham and a cheese stick 18gm
S: Turkey roll ups with lettuce and rf mayo 10gm
**nap time. I am in at 7pm tonight for a 12 hour shift, so here's what I'll have at work**
Greek Yogurt 18gm
sf/ff pudding 3gm
Ricotta cheese w/ splenda 20gm
89gm protein
Lots of water, crystal lite, and probably a decaf iced coffee from DD on my way to work.

Lots of water.
