Monday Again

I've already swept and mopped the floor.  Today I have to meet with my investment person and discuss future investments. Later this evening, my gays are coming by for high tea or as I like to call it, catching up on the gossip.  We are also going to make some vegetarian egg rolls for me and meat egg rolls for the guys....enough to freeze.  It's always fun to do group cooking. LOL.  

Breakfast: loaded oatmeal

Lunch: fries

Dinner: Egg Rolls

Snacks: cucumbers and bell peppers.  

So....ladies, what's up.

Group cooking...how fun! It's solar week here...a couple of crews are installing solar panels on our house, our daughter's house across the street, and a neighbor's house a few doors down. 

Breakfast- protein drink

Lunch- tuna sandwich with jalapeños 

Dinner- pizza (I know)

Snacks- nuts and strawberries

Hi Ladies,

I'm participating in the RNY forum their all meat or all meat critter challenge this week. I'm doing the all meat critter because I can't go without my milk in my coffee and I have yogurt that has to be eaten before they expired. Not much going on here.

B hamburger patty

L tuna salad ( just tuna with mayo and mustard)

D chicken. I'm roasting a whole chicken today.

S Greek yogurt, Turkey sausage meat sticks and sliced of horseradish cheddar cheese.

Happy Monday, everyone!

Staying home today resulted in my getting some things done..an important letter  for business, wrapped a "secret sister" gift because we have our sorority "Beginning Day" Dinner Party Tuesday evening, working on client's art. I feel very tired and dragging my butt. Not sure why...I take my multiple vitamin, vitamin C and B12 every morning, ginger tea and lots of water...the general bone pain is settling down, for that, I am very grateful.

Breakfast: hot chocolate protein drink

Snack: banana

Lunch: ginger tea and chunk of hard cheddar cheese

Snack: fresh blackberries from our garden mashed into Greek yogurt

Dinner: leftover pot roast, rice and beans

Bedtime snack:  cup of homemade soup
