Where are we Thursday
Hello ladies
Today I signed the last of the papers needed to allow my buyer to move in to the condo as a renter. Now we just have to wait for him to get all his ducks in a row so we can close. Until then he pays rent, has had the condo inspected and accepted the report, and pays all the bills. Works for me.
Walked a little today in downtown Hot Springs. If was overcast so not as hot as yesterday but still 88 percent humidity.
I am eating too many carbs. I need to get home and back to the gym.
We will be leaving Sunday or Monday. We came to remove our personal belongings out of the larger of our condos. You remember the condo we all stayed in 5 years ago? We have a contract on it. We moved our things to the smaller condo and did some preliminary paper work. We were supposed to close on May 23rd but the buyer ran into some glitch with his divorce and it has delayed the closing. Since we leave for Wyoming in a month and I have a trip to Atlanta before then, it is looking like we may have to close by mail.
I will be around though later. I really want to move at least part of the year to Wyoming. Hubby can't decide if he could tolerate the winters so we are thinking of another place for part of the year. I would like to rent an apartment in Wyoming and live there from May to October and buy a house somewhere else. So.....we will probably move into the small condo in January 2017 for about 6 months to see if we like Village living. If we do we may purchase here. We will probably look at the eastern coast of Florida as well. Central or northern area. We know we do not want to live in Southern Florida. The reason for FloridPMa is the readily available cruises. A quick trip down the coast gets you to the port and last minute cruises can be really cheap.
