Monday Morning Soon

Went to the Y this morning.  My young ex-marine trainer had me work shoulders and core today.  He's really good, I like working with him.  First time I ever worked with a male trainer.  I am so weak and "untrained" if ya know what I mean.  I haven't been in a gym in so long.  My back surgery has really allowed me to be so much more active but now I am playing catch up.  I go MWF mornings and then I walk on T TH SAT.  I am sore somewhere all the time but at least I know I am alive.

Hi Ladies,

Trish sorry about your fall. Hopefully you will feel better soon.

Connie glad your grandchildren are coming to see you this weekend.

For me it was a busy day, I took my friend to the bank and I went to my bank then went to 3 stores and to get a haircut. The girl I got acted like she didn't know how to cut hair so I left disappointed. I tried calling her manager when I got home but they weren't in today so I'll call tomorrow to complain. I did my exercise after I had lunch. I should of went outside and walk since it's a nice day.  It supposed to be nice tomorrow maybe I can tomorrow. Will be doing laundry tomorrow morning  so another busy morning.  I'll get up early to see if I can beat the crowds at the laundromat.  Well I guess I should go so I can finish my drinks so I can have dinner

Thoughts and prayers for everyone. Have a good day.

Love and hugs,

Yvonne

Geez Trish...sorry to hear about your fall...you are really having a time of it. Glad you are able to see the good in all this like the staff & good eyeglass deal you got. But use that cane...Connie is right...could have been far worse like a hip! I am sure you don't want to be grounded any longer than you already have over the winter!

Linda, you cracked me up talking about if YOU fell and getting up. I think most of us have reached an age where a graceful fall...or recovery from one isn't something we want to publicize.

Connie, I have been praying for NIC. I know from my own cancer how difficult testing and waiting for results can be. I am glad your family will be up for the weekend.

Judy, I see your surgery has been scheduled. Prayers for you, too! I also hope your elderly tenants are doing okay.

Vickie, you sure are a great source of support for Carrie. I was so glad my mom was there to help with my three. I am also envious you are already playing in the dirt...we have another month or so before I can do the same.

Eileen, sounds like you are having a time of it too between the fingers and fatigue. I am tired alot...I think I am at an age where working is just too much, but I need to keep at it for at least 2 more years.

Mary, was glad to see you pop in and pray you get settled soon.

Jeannie, sorry to hear about your sister in law, but you were wonderful in taking charge of things. What a wonderful gift to all!

Arlene, good luck with the dentist... not my favorite place!

I can't seem to get a good flow going since I went back to work. My hours steadily increased every wee****il I reached 40+...not what I signed up for. Today they started a back up driver so I will not have to work as much, but we'll see how that goes. I am having anxiety which I hate because I feel so pressured for time. I need down time to unwind and can't get much. However, this weekend I have plans for just Jim and myself...Jazz will stay at her mom's and we won't accept any social invites. Maybe I can refuel!

Well, almost 9 here...close to bedtime. Just wanted to stop in. My love to all!

Kathy
